The extraordinary resolution of adaptive optics (AO) with a device designed for clinical settings. Extensively validated by 250+ publications, rtx1 reveals microscopic lesions and minute progressions through quick exams. It provides quantitative biomarkers of photoreceptor cells, RPE and microvascular alterations. Moreover, new features streamline AO examinations for multicentric clinical studies and trials.
