AO-Vision symposium (hybrid)

Imagine Eyes will participate in a symposium organized by the AO-Vision project team at Erasmus Medical Center in Rotterdam. This hybrid event will be held on January 26, starting at 4:20pm CET.

Given that photoreceptors are often primarily affected in inherited retinal diseases (IRD), adaptive optics (AO)-based retinal imaging is being used to investigate IRD cellular pathogenesis, progression, and correlation with clinical signs.

In this 3-hour symposium, current opportunities and challenges for using AO retinal imaging in IRD management – including rtx1 cameras – will be introduced and discussed. See more in the program below.
